Oryn ("we", "us", "the platform") is an AI-powered health and fitness guidance platform. By creating an account and using Oryn, you ("the user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Oryn provides fitness, nutrition, and recovery guidance only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or physiotherapy consultation.

• All fitness plans, workout recommendations, exercise suggestions, and training programmes are provided as a guide only. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to follow them.
• All nutrition plans, meal suggestions, calorie targets, and macronutrient recommendations are provided as a guide only. You must verify all food items, ingredients, and meals against your own allergies, intolerances, and medical requirements before purchasing or consuming them.
• All recovery protocols, sleep recommendations, and supplement suggestions are provided as a guide only.
• If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any adverse physical reaction during exercise, you must stop immediately and seek medical attention.
• If you sustain an injury, you must stop the relevant exercises and consult a qualified physiotherapist or doctor before resuming activity.
• Before starting any new exercise programme or making significant changes to your diet, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from illness or injury.

While Oryn collects information about your allergies and dietary requirements and endeavours to exclude conflicting foods from recommendations, you are solely responsible for verifying all food items before consumption. Oryn cannot guarantee the accuracy of nutritional databases or that AI-generated meal suggestions are free from all allergens. Always check ingredient labels and, where in doubt, consult a qualified dietitian.

Oryn accepts no liability for any allergic reactions, adverse dietary effects, or health consequences arising from following nutrition guidance provided on this platform.

Content on Oryn is generated by artificial intelligence. Whilst we design our AI systems carefully and strive for accuracy, AI-generated plans and advice may contain errors, inaccuracies, or recommendations that are not appropriate for your individual circumstances. You acknowledge and accept that:

• AI-generated content is not a substitute for advice from qualified fitness, nutrition, or healthcare professionals.
• Oryn does not warrant that AI-generated plans will achieve any particular result.
• You use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk.
• Oryn accepts no liability for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Oryn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Oryn shall not be liable for any physical injury, illness, or adverse health outcome sustained during or after following any content on this platform.
• Oryn's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Oryn in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you connect a wearable device, Oryn will receive and process biometric data (sleep, heart rate, HRV, activity) via our third-party wearable integration provider. This data is used solely to personalise your plans and recommendations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time, and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
